Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Eden Thottam – Fruit Plants, Flower Plants & Pots, we aim to provide healthy plants and quality products. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at edenthottamindia@gmail.com with your order ID. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and initiate a refund (if prepaid).

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund only under the conditions mentioned in the Refunds section below (for damaged or incorrect items).


2. No Cancellation at Delivery

We do not accept cancellations at the time of delivery or after the order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is delivered in a damaged or unusable condition (as described below).


3. Refunds

Refunds are considered in the following situations:

3.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, severely unhealthy, or defective at the time of delivery:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos and videos of the product and packaging to edenthottamindia@gmail.com.
  • After verification, we may provide a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

3.2 Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order ID and photos of the received product.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the specified time window (24–48 hours from delivery).
  • Plants that have been repotted, used, or poorly maintained after delivery.
  • Minor variations in plant size, colour, pot design, or growth stage, as plants are living products.
  • Change of mind after successful delivery.

4. Refund Method and Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, wallet, or card used during purchase).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability and our internal assessment.
