We currently ship to most locations across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service accessibility in your area.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and courier partner performance:

  • Kerala: 2–5 business days
  • Other States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your order. Any applicable delivery fee is calculated based on your location, product type, and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be provided via SMS or email (if available), allowing you to track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

8. Packaging

We take special care in packaging plants and products to minimize damage during transit. However, due to the nature of live plants, minor stress during transit is normal.

9. Cancellation Due to Logistics Issues

In rare cases where delivery is not possible to your location, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.
