Bali Chamba Water Apple Fruit Plant

One of the best varieties from Indonesia. Resembles cashew apples in size. Mature fruit has a bright red color, is crunchy, and quite sweet. Widely eaten and relished as a succulent fruit. Ripened water apple is used in salads, juices, smoothies, ice creams, and jams. Suited for low altitudes in the tropics with well-spaced rainfall.
